Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Groundworker to join our team. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

– Assist with the preparation and maintenance of construction sites

– Operate a variety of hand and power tools

– assist with driveway paving installation’s

– Assist with the installation and preparation of driveways and patios .

– Help with the removal of debris and waste materials from construction sites

– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in construction or related field preferred

– Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

– Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods

– Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

– Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Skills:

– Construction knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes, tools, and materials.

– Physical fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

– Attention to detail: Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay close attention to detail.

– Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.

– Communication: Good verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members.

Note: This is a paid position.
