FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
CARE ASSISTANTS / SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED – IMMEDIATE START
Evereready Domiciliary Home Care Agency is looking to recruit four Care Assistants/Support Workers to provide domiciliary (door-to-door) care services across the Telford area.
You will support both children and adults in the comfort of their own home.
Main Duties:
- Personal care
- Companionship and befriending
- Preparing drinks and light meals
- Heating and serving food
- Supporting service users with daily living activities
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Essential Requirements:
- Full UK right to work
- Good spoken and written English
- Caring, compassionate, committed, and reliable
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, from short visits to longer hours
- Full driving licence
- Own vehicle with valid insurance
- Please note: Sponsorship (CoS) is not currently available. However, sponsorship may be considered after 3 months for competent and successful domiciliary care workers, subject to business needs and eligibility.
