About the role

Insurance Support Solutions Ltd provides specialist, on-demand support to UK insurance brokers. We are currently building a talent pool of experienced Insurance Account Handlers to support our broker clients on a flexible, remote basis.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals who are confident working independently and are comfortable with variable workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Processing renewals and MTAs
• Acturis policy administration and updates
• Invoicing and general account handling tasks
• Supporting broker clients with day-to-day administrative workload
• Maintaining accurate records and high-quality data entry

Requirements

Essential:

• Proven UK insurance broker account handling experience
• Strong, confident user of Acturis
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• UK based
• Own Windows-based laptop/PC

Desirable:

• CII qualification
• Experience supporting multiple brokers or client accounts

• Self-employed contractor arrangement
