Domiciliary Care Worker (End of Life Care)

Relate Care Solutions Ltd is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to adults receiving end-of-life care within their own homes.

This rewarding role involves supporting individuals to maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence while delivering person-centred care during a sensitive and important stage of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support to adults in their own homes.
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Supporting individuals with medication in accordance with care plans and company policies.
• Offering emotional support and companionship to service users and their families.
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns promptly.
• Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members.
• Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and independence at all times.

Requirements

Essential:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, caring, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in domiciliary care, palliative care, end-of-life care, or a similar care setting.
• Relevant health and social care qualifications.

Sponsorship Information
