FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role
We are a CQC-compliant care provider seeking experienced, compassionate Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Louth, Market Rasen, Binbrook and surrounding villages. You will promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing by delivering person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
Key responsibilities
Provide personal care including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers using equipment, following moving & handling guidelines
Administer medication in accordance with care plans and company policy
Prepare meals and assist with feeding where required
Carry out light domestic duties including cleaning and laundry
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and social isolation
Assist with shopping, appointments, and essential errands
Maintain accurate, timely care records in line with CQC standards
Report changes in a client’s health or wellbeing to the appropriate supervisor
Respect clients’ dignity, privacy, choices, and independence at all times
Essential requirements
Previous care experience is essential
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (travel between calls is required)
Good communication and time-management skills
A caring, professional, and reliable approach
