Position:Accounts Assistant

Salary: £18.00-£20.00 per hour

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide professional and effective support with the objective of adding value to the business and enabling the Company to provide excellent accounting services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately
• Assist with data entry related to financial records using various accounting software such as Xero
• Maintain organised records of financial documents and transactions
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
• Support the team in ad hoc administrative tasks related to finance operations

Requirements

• Proven experience with accounting software such as Xero desirable
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
