Support Worker – Sponsorship Transfer & Renewal Opportunities Available
Looking for a Sponsorship Transfer with Better Pay and Working Conditions?
Are you currently living in Neath or Port Talbot (Wales) on a Skilled Worker Visa or Health & Care Worker Visa and looking to renew or transfer your sponsorship?

Sponsorship Opportunities
We are currently accepting applications from candidates who:
✅ Are already in Neath or Port Talbot on a Skilled Worker Visa.
✅ Require sponsorship renewal or transfer
✅ Have previous UK care experience
✅ Hold a valid UK Driving Licence
✅ Have access to their own vehicle

Competitive Hourly Rates
£14.25 per hour – Monday to Friday
£18.00 per hour – Weekends
£20.25 per hour – Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
* Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.
* Maintaining accurate care records
* Promoting independence and wellbeing
* Light housekeeping duties
*Supporting clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
*Assisting with medication management and ensuring adherence to prescribed
What We’re Looking For
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Compassionate and caring nature
* Strong communication skills
* Reliable and professional attitude
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when assisting clients with mobility.
* Availability to work the following shifts: 07:00 – 14:00 or 15:30 – 20:00
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Own reliable transport
* Previous care experience
* Compassionate and caring nature
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Reliable and professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Availability to work alternate weekends
