This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment where dignity, respect, and person-centred care are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents by providing high-quality care and emotional support. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering compassionate, person-centred care to residents in a residential setting
Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication support
Supporting residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other health conditions
Monitoring and recording residents’ wellbeing and reporting any concerns
Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Working closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure the best possible care

What We’re Looking For

A kind, patient, and empathetic nature
A genuine desire to support and care for others
SVQ Level 2 or 3 is desirable but not essential — full training and support can be provided
Ability to work a variety of shifts on a rota basis across 7 days
