Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling, branding, and digital design, with the ability to develop engaging content across various platforms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from branding and web design to multimedia content creation, in a collaborative environment that values innovation and attention to detail.

Duties

• Develop and execute compelling visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, websites, and social media channels.
• Design engaging graphics for digital and print media using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface (UI) designs for websites and applications using Figma, InVision, and Sketch.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Edit videos and photographs using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video editing software to produce promotional materials.
• Manage content within content management systems such as WordPress and optimise designs for web responsiveness.
• Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress to support web design projects and customise themes or templates.
• Utilise photography skills to capture high-quality images for marketing collateral or website use.
• Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects to enhance visual appeal.
• Present concepts clearly to clients or internal teams through professional presentations showcasing your design rationale.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across branding, digital design, UI/UX, and multimedia projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Sketch, Figma, InVision, CorelDRAW, and video editing software.
• Knowledge of web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress content management systems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to create visually appealing designs that communicate effectively across various platforms.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to clients or team members.
• Experience in photography and video editing is advantageous but not essential.
• Organised with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
