Paediatric Occupational Therapist Opportunities | All Experience Levels

At Words First, we are growing our Occupational Therapy team across London and are looking for Paediatric Occupational Therapists at all experience levels to join our multidisciplinary community.

The Role

You may be supporting children and young people with:

• Sensory processing differences
• Autism
• Developmental coordination difficulties
• Fine and gross motor challenges
• Regulation and engagement needs
• SEMH presentations
• Functional and independence skills within education settings

Therapists at Words First work closely with school staff, families, and wider professionals to create practical, functional, and impactful support within real educational environments.

We Are Looking For Therapists Who:

• Hold a recognised Occupational Therapy degree
• Are HCPC registered, or eligible to register
• Have experience working with a paediatric population, placements included for newly qualified applicants
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are collaborative, proactive, and reflective practitioners
• Are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people
