The Opportunity
We have recently established a UK subsidiary to lead research and development into services that support and enhance our clients’ investment goals. This expansion represents an exciting growth phase, and we’re building our relationship management, marketing, and data analysis capabilities to facilitate this growth.
This role offers exceptional opportunities for graduates interested in the application of software tools, particularly AI, to improve efficiency, enhance capability, and develop innovative techniques that positively impact both Chair Capital and our clients.
As our Graduate Marketing Assistant, you’ll be joining at an exciting time where you can make an immediate impact while developing expertise in investment marketing, client relationship management, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Create compelling content for websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Assist with brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
- Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and client engagement activities
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect information
- Support client communications and relationship building initiatives
- Assist with client onboarding processes and ongoing account management
- Coordinate client meetings, events, and follow-up activities
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, analyse, and interpret marketing and business development data
- Create regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management
- Support portfolio company performance tracking and reporting
- Utilise traditional and emerging software tools for data analysis and presentation
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis within our target sectors
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market trends, opportunities, and threats
- Support investment thesis development through data-driven insights
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes affecting our portfolio companies
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team and senior leadership
- Manage project timelines and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Support the organisation of internal meetings and external events
- Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Education: Recent graduate (2:1 or above) in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
