Senior Pizza Chef – Neapolitan Style

We’re a fast-growing restaurant in Bristol, known for authentic Neapolitan pizzas made with the finest ingredients and traditional methods. We’re now looking for a Senior Pizza Chef to lead our pizza kitchen and help us raise the bar even further.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and cook Neapolitan pizzas to the highest standard using wood-fired ovens.
- Oversee the pizza section and ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
- Train, mentor and support junior chefs in dough preparation, toppings, and oven management.
- Maintain consistent quality, speed and presentation of dishes.
- Manage stock, ordering and prep to minimise waste.
- Uphold hygiene, food safety and health & safety standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, ideally at senior or head level, with strong knowledge of Neapolitan pizza making.
- Skilled in dough fermentation, stretching, topping and wood-fired oven techniques.
- Ability to manage a team and work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Passion for authentic Italian food and commitment to delivering top quality.
