FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated E-commerce / Marketplace Account Manager to join our team at Glow Secret Ltd. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing our marketplace accounts, improving product visibility, and driving online sales.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be analysing data, optimising listings, running promotions, and helping us expand into new markets. If you’re creative, analytical, and passionate about e-commerce, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Account Management

Manage and grow our presence across multiple online marketplaces.

Optimise product listings with clear descriptions, strong visuals, and competitive pricing.

Monitor key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversions, customer reviews) and take action to improve results.

Sales & Growth

Develop and deliver strategies to boost marketplace sales and revenue.

Research competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Improve product visibility through keyword research, advertising, and promotions.

Track sales and apply data-driven solutions to increase conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

Use analytics tools to monitor performance and customer behaviour.

Create reports and dashboards to share insights with management.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve overall results.

About You

Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or equivalent experience.

Proven track record in managing marketplace accounts and delivering sales growth.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and marketplace advertising tools.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects.

Proficient in e-commerce platforms, management tools, and analytics software.
