Overview:

We are Looking for an experienced domiciliary female care support worker to join our team.

Work area: Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring. (Early shift and Late shift available)

Must have a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

We are a nurse-led domiciliary care company dedicated to providing exceptional care services in Hemel Hempstead, Tring, and Berkhamsted – you would be required to travel between these areas. We support individuals with personal care, shopping , companionship, medication assistance. Duties:

• Assist residents with daily activities (personal care, dressing, meals) and mobility.
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and implement behaviour management strategies.
• Administer medication under supervision and monitor/report changes in residents’ health or behaviour.
• Drive residents to appointments/outings and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support with care plan.
• Contacting GP and relevant healthcare professionals
• Light household tasks.

Experience:

• In Medication Administration
• Previous experience in care, nursing homes, or home care (desirable).
• Knowledge of First Aid procedures.
• The ability to provide patient-centred care with empathy and respect.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

Required:

• A valid UK Drivers Licence .
• Access to own car.
