Harrogate Home Support is a Supported Living Service. As a key part of our supported living service, you will play a vital role in enabling people with a range of needs to live more independently. You will help them to engage with their communities and to live meaningful and fulfilled lives where they feel a genuine sense of belonging.

We support people with a wide range of needs including neurodiversity, autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs. Supporting people with personal care is an integral part of the role, including use of equipment in a person-centred approach, for which training will be provided.

Our service operates 24/7, you will need to be flexible as shifts will include weekend working. You will be confident to work independently – as there will be a requirement for lone working.

You will support people to enable them to be independent and enjoy the community in which they live to enhance their daily lives. This will enable them to develop new experiences, achieve their personal goals, and enrich their lives.
