We are looking for Two enthusiastic part time pharmacist’s to join our community pharmacy team. These roles would suit both experienced and newly qualified pharmacist’s. The position would involve working alternate shift patterns.
Orchard Pharmacy, Mansfield is a very busy Health Centre based Community Pharmacy that first opened its doors to the public in 2013 and has since grown from strength to strength. We are looking for pharmacist’s who are team players and can work well at delivering a fantastic service at the heart of a local community. As we pride ourselves in clinical aspects of pharmacy, we ensure all our pharmacists are service driven and are able to provide both NHS and Private services. All pharmacists will be trained up as part of their role and all opportunities for further development will be met positively. The current team includes very competent ACT’s, a supervisor, dispensers and counter staff.
You will work with a friendly close knit team to deliver the very best care for your patients and local community.
Shift pattern 1
Monday: 08.30-21.00
Tuesday: 14:00-21.00
Wednesday: 14.00-21.00
Shift pattern 2
Thursday: 14.00-21.00
Friday: 14:00-21.00
Saturday: 11.00-21.00
These shift patterns will alternate on a weekly basis and the two candidates will need to be flexible for holiday cover, advance notice will be given for this.
Salary:
£25,000-£32,000 per year (profit share through Service Provision). On average the pharmacists will be working 25 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing medication needs and ensuring proper administration.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise medication therapy and patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and health management strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Must be on the GPhC register.
- The candidate needs to be familiar with National Advanced Services: Pharmacy First, Hypertension case finding, Pharmacy Contraception Service, New Medicine Service and Flu/ Covid vaccination Service
