FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Oversight
Lead projects from concept design to final delivery, ensuring compliance with UK technical standards (e.g., IET Code of Practice, MCS certification) and client specifications.
Streamline the supply chain and on-site operations to meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
Technological Innovation & Compliance
Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Power Conversion Systems (PCS), while adhering to UK health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Enhance engineering precision through Building Information Modeling (BIM) and IoT platforms.
Team Development & Collaboration
Build and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, fostering expertise in grid integration, system design, and safety protocols.
Align technical solutions with market needs through collaboration with R&D, sales, and client success teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
Cultivate partnerships with clients, regulators, and industry peers to accelerate project approvals and policy alignment.
Provide strategic insights on UK energy trends to inform product development and business strategy.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
Prior experience in energy storage/renewable energy projects, with preference for candidates with a UK project management background.
Technical Proficiency
Expertise in energy storage system integration, AC/DC power design, and industry software (ETAP, PVSyst).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and agile methodologies.
Leadership & Communication
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Fluent in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin) is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: £40,000–£60,000 annually (negotiable based on experience and skills) + performance bonuses.
