Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in their shopping experience.
• Provide product information and answer queries to help customers make informed decisions.
• Assist with sales transactions, ensuring accuracy in processing payments.
• Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, restocking shelves as necessary.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
• Utilise basic maths skills to manage cash handling and transactions effectively.

Skills

• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain an orderly workspace.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers confidently.
• Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• A natural ability to sell products while providing excellent customer service.
