As a Care and Support Worker, you’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team delivering compassionate care that empowers people to live independently and with dignity.

What you’ll be doing:

Building meaningful relationships through conversation,

  • d activities, and storytelling
  • Supporting individuals to follow their care and support plans
  • Encouraging independence and promoting well-being
  • Working flexibly across a 7-day rota, including some evenings and weekends (with enhanced pay)

What we’re looking for:

  • A kind, patient and respectful approach
  • Great communication and a willingness to learn
  • Experience is welcome, but not essential — we’ll provide full training and support
  • If you don’t already have a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, we’ll help you achieve it through our apprenticeship route
