FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing office processes, suppliers, budgets, and team support functions.
We are an approved Skilled Worker Visa sponsor, and sponsorship is available for eligible international candidates.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, including administrative systems and procedures
Manage office supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance
Supervise and support administrative staff
Liaise with suppliers and service providers
Handle scheduling, internal communications, and recordkeeping
Assist with HR and onboarding processes
Monitor budgets, invoices, and office expenditures
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Eligible for Skilled Worker sponsorship (or already in the UK on a valid visa)
