FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Female Customer Assistant to support our property management operations. You will act as the first point of contact for tenants, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and liaising with landlords and property owners to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of housing matters.
This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to tenant queries via phone, email, and SMS
- Assist tenants with rental agreements, maintenance requests, and general housing concerns
- Liaise with landlords and property owners to relay tenant feedback and coordinate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of communications and property updates
- Support compliance with local housing regulations and documentation
- Help schedule property viewings, inspections, and follow-ups
- Provide updates and reminders to tenants regarding rent, notices, and appointments
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication ( English and Hindi ) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Excel, email platforms, and messaging tools
- Experience in customer service, property management, or administrative support (preferred)
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
