About Zero Deposit
Renting a new home can be stressful and expensive. At Zero Deposit, we’re changing that.
We give tenants an alternative to expensive security deposits, allowing them to spend their money on the things they love.
We are a market-defining business on a mission to make renting easier, faster and fairer. We will only do that with an exceptional team, a market-leading product and an amazing customer experience.
Insurance for good.
Your experience at Zero Deposit will be different to a traditional insurer or broker, as we’re using insurance to bring an antiquated process up to date and improve it beyond that.
Currently, tenants and landlords have to wait weeks, if not months, for a decision if there’s a dispute at the end of a tenancy. If a tenant abandons the property the landlord can be left for three months before they can even claim. Our process allows a claim to be resolved in hours and we want to turn this into the norm.
We use a combination of Artificial Intelligence, great online customer journeys and high-quality human interactions to get claims settled as quickly as we can.
We’ve created a culture that has removed all of the arduous parts of working in insurance, but kept the most important parts of being a regulated business, including an unerring focus on fair customer outcomes.
We move quickly and invest in the areas that matter most to us. As a result, we’ve seen a significant increase in our team over the last 12 months and investment from the business in all areas.
We’re fast-moving and highly ambitious. So, you’ll achieve more in 12 months working at Zero Deposit than most people do in three years. This pays dividends, both for your customers and your career.
