We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join a leading institution in Higher Education to support and enhance our Estates and Facilities Management systems, with a particular focus on the Planon platform. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of a dynamic Higher Education environment.

As part of our commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and compliant facilities services, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective operation, support, and continuous improvement of our systems. You will act as a subject matter expert for Planon and related platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and alignment with ITIL best practices and institutional objectives.

You will collaborate with the Estates and Capital Development team and the Digital Services team along with external software providers, promoting the use of technology to enhance the service delivery.
