About EarlyBirdly
EarlyBirdly.io is a free web tool that helps job seekers apply to LinkedIn jobs the moment they go live before listings get buried under hundreds of applications. The platform was built by job seekers, for job seekers, to make applying feel less hopeless and more strategic.
We’re a small, scrappy team looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to help us grow our presence and help more people land jobs faster.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with content planning and idea generation (LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, and Email)
- Write and edit short marketing posts and job seeker tips
- Research communities where EarlyBirdly could be helpful
- Help track engagement and share insights for improvement
- Optional: Assist with light design (Canva) or video tools
Requirements
- Strong writing skills (especially short-form)
- Interest in marketing, startups, or job hunting
- Comfortable working remotely
- Bonus: You’ve struggled with job boards and get the EarlyBirdly mission
