Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant to lead analysis, optimisation, and strategic growth initiatives within the luxury natural stone market. This role involves conducting expert business analysis, developing operational and marketing strategies, and providing consultancy on procurement, supply chains, and client engagement to enhance business performance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in management consulting, market analysis, and strategic business planning within luxury interiors, construction, or stonework sectors. Proficiency in Italian or Ukrainian is essential due to the company’s key supplier and client networks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand the company’s market share in the UK and Europe.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to shape business strategy.
- Provide consultancy on procurement and supply chain optimisation, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of premium materials.
- Advise on pricing models, project costing, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of bespoke proposals and tailored client solutions.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and project performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking forums.
Essential Requirements
- At least 10 years’ experience in management consulting, business analysis, or strategic planning, preferably within natural stone, luxury interiors, or construction sectors.
- Proven record of delivering business improvement and strategic growth initiatives.
- In-depth understanding of procurement, supply chain management, and high-value project execution.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and either Italian or Ukrainian (required).
- Knowledge of European markets, supplier networks, and export logistics.
- Degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
