We are seeking a skilled Tractor/Excavator Mechanic to join our team. Experience in this field is ESSENTIAL. VISA sponsorship is available with accommodation on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising tractors, excavators and plant machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Duties
- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner.
- Perform installations of new equipment and upgrades as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements.
- Experience in this field is ESSENTIAL.
- Proven experience as an Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in an industrial environment.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in mechanical engineering or related fields are preferred.
- A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and learning new skills.
