Overview
We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House team members to join our vibrant and creative hospitality environment. As part of the guest-facing team, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service from the moment someone walks through our door to the final goodbye.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the FOH team, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests on arrival, offering a warm and attentive welcome
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements to maintain a smooth guest flow
- Taking food and drink orders with clarity and care
- Serving food and beverages to a high standard, ensuring beautiful presentation and timing
- Supporting the bartending team during busy periods (including basic drinks prep when needed)
- Keeping the front-of-house area clean, tidy, and beautifully presented
- Handling guest inquiries or complaints with calm professionalism
- Assisting in food preparation or plating, if needed, during special events or peak service
- Supporting in-house events, private hires, and service transitions as part of a tight, collaborative team
- Learning about our seasonal menu, natural wines, and sustainability ethos so you can speak confidently to guests
What We1’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but we value attitude and potential most
- Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards is appreciated
- Clear and friendly communication skills
- A calm, proactive approach to teamwork and service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- An appreciation for sustainable dining and conscious hospitality
