About the role
As a HR officer, you help deliver a customer-focused recruitment service across the organisation, providing recruitment advice and support to job sponsors and applicants. Your work contributes to the implementation of resourcing initiatives and recruitment campaigns to support the delivery of the organisation’s business objectives. You have direct line management responsibilities, and the rewarding opportunity to develop a skills matrix to support career progression within the directorate.

Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills are essential – including knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
