U & K LIMITED is looking for an energetic and experienced Shop Manager to lead our vibrant kebab shop at Portobello Market. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold excellent customer service, and manage the team with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations and staff performance
- Manage stock, inventory, and supplier orders
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are maintained
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain sales targets and financial records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Basic understanding of POS and inventory systems
