We are a family run business with a number of Nursing and Residential Care Homes that have been caring and nursing for people in Gloucestershire for over 30 years. Responsibilities

  • To carry out and undertake specific and general tasks ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our residents.
  • To assist residents in all aspects of their care needs while promoting dignity and allowing them to maintain their independence;
  • To communicate effectively and professionally with residents, visitors and other healthcare professionals;
  • To work as part of a team supporting others;
  • To contribute and implement resident’s individual and perron-centred care plans;
  • To work effectively within policies, procedures, aims, objectives and philosophy of the company.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the role will be:

  • Caring, compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic;
  • Eager to stay active and want to give back to the community;
  • Committed to promoting good quality care at all times;
  • Effective in their communication and a strong team player.

We also seek someone with a “can-do” attitude displaying a sensitive, warm and approachable nature and while care experience is desirable, it is not essential.
