Administrative Support Officer
Vacancy Ref 51553 Location Swansea or Carmarthen Salary £26,338 – £29,959 per annum Closing Date Monday, June 30, 2025 – THE ROLE – The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) is seeking a dedicated Administrative support officer to support the daily operations of the Digital Services directorate on a temporary basis for one year, covering maternity leave. This role involves managing financial administrative processes, including processing quote requests via the IT Service Desk system, creating purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and maintaining financial digital records within the department. Additionally, the Administrator will provide clerical support, including note-taking and minute preparation for meetings as required. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with experience in financial administration and clerical support.
