We are seeking a forward-thinking Graphic Designer with a passion for blending traditional design principles with cutting-edge AI tools. This role is ideal for a designer who is eager to explore the future of creativity using platforms like MidJourney, Sora, Runway ML, Canva AI, Veed.ai, and Blender to create dynamic, high-impact visual content.
Responsibilities
Create visually compelling content for web, social, print, and digital platforms using AI-enhanced tools.
– Use MidJourney and similar generative tools to create concept art, moodboards, and visual storytelling assets.
– Design branding, social media graphics, and templates using Canva AI and Figma.
– Produce animated intros, video explainers, and short-form content using Renderforest and Runway ML.
– Develop basic 3D visualisations, mockups, and renders using Blender or equivalent.
– Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to translate ideas into design.
– Organise and maintain digital asset libraries and project archives.
– Continuously experiment with new creative AI tools and share insights with the wider team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong visual design portfolio (personal projects, freelance, or coursework accepted).
– Proficiency in graphic design principles: layout, colour, typography, branding.
– Working knowledge of at least 2–3 of the following tools:
– Canva (Pro or AI features)
– MidJourney / Discord
– Runway ML or similar AI video tools
– Renderforest
– Blender (basic level is acceptable)
– Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
– Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI art generation is a plus.
– Strong communication and storytelling ability through design.
– Self-starter with a learning mindset and interest in future-facing tools.
Desirable Attributes
- A creative thinker who embraces experimentation and innovation.
– Portfolio includes AI-generated or mixed-media assets.
– Experience creating content for brands, e-commerce, or education.
– Interest in freelancing, digital product design, or motion graphics.
