Care Worker -Visa Sponsorship Available

We are currently hiring dedicated Care Workers for both full-time and part-time positions in the Welwyn Garden City and surrounding locations.

Requirements:
Applicants must have access to one of the following for transportation

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance).
• A motorbike
• A scooter

Availability for one of the following shifts:

• Monday – Friday: 7 am – 5 pm or 5 pm – 10 pm
• Saturday – Sunday: 7 am – 5 pm or 5 pm – 10 pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with physical or learning disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship.
• Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person-centred.
• Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client’s care plan.
• Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
• Monitor and report any changes to care managers.
• Assess risks and needs, reporting to the care manager.
• Adhere to all Hartwig Care Ltd policies, aims.
