FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Restore7 Ltd is seeking a compassionate and motivated Rehabilitation Assistant – Care Worker to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. This role involves supporting clients with complex neurological conditions in their homes and community settings to regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will assist in the rehabilitation of clients under the supervision of a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist and / or Speech and Language Therapist. You will also support Service Users with aspects of daily activities including personal care, walking and shopping. Strong communication skills, patience, and a person-centred approach are essential.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to support with rehabilitation
Support individuals with activities of daily living
Encourage independence and participation in activities
Monitor and report client progress to the wider clinical team
Maintain accurate records in line with care plans
Requirements:
- Experience in a care or support role
- A caring and respectful approach
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential
