FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for our client a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in HR software systems to streamline processes and enhance employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday.
• Maintain employee records and manage HRIS systems like PeopleSoft to ensure accurate data management.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary training and resources to facilitate a smooth transition into the company.
• Support employee relations by addressing queries and concerns, promoting a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
• Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Utilise social media management tools to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify staffing needs and provide administrative support as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources or a related field is essential.
• Familiarity with HR software such as Salesforce, Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of employment law and best practices in human resources management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in independent tasks.
