FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Earlsdon Park Village, part of the Extracare Charitable Trust, are now recruiting Care and Support Workers to work Nights.
This is domiciliary care with a difference. Everything is in one location, no travelling between jobs!
If you are an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker who is compassionate, patient and personable and looking to work Nights we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidates for the night posts must be able to commit to working day shifts in the initial 4 weeks of employment to complete training, shadowing and observations. You will also be expected to work one day shift every 3 months. Interviews will only be offered to candidates who can commit to the days too.

As a Night Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
Encourage independence and self-belief
Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
Passionate about delivering a quality care service
Flexible with hours.
