Location: Fife Area
Contract: Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time (20 hours)
Hourly Rate: £12.21 – Living Wage Employer
Reporting to: Care Field Supervisor

Your Role as a Care Assistant

As a female Care Assistant with a full UK driving licence, you’ll play a vital role in providing personalised support and companionship to those who rely on us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing) with sensitivity and respect
  Support clients during home visits and community engagement
  Offer emotional support and companionship
  Maintain a clean and homely environment
  Communicate with warmth, clarity, and empathy
  Promote client independence and choice
  Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families

What You’ll Need:

✔ A caring, compassionate nature
✔Passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
✔ Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends
✔ Willingness to complete mandatory training and registration with the SSSC
