Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive (Property Lister), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our lettings portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that property handovers are well-executed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and eager to contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new instructions for the lettings team to expand the property portfolio.
- Grow and develop lettings in new cities and areas, with a primary focus on London.
- Leverage your network to drive company expansion and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate market feedback and insights to directors on trends and developments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback on potential areas for growth.
- Negotiate pricing and rental terms with landlords and property owners.
- Ensure smooth property handovers and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and areas of growth.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for property. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the property industry (preferred but not essential).
- Strong business development skills and a proven track record of meeting targets and goals (KPI).
- A solid understanding of property valuation, particularly in London.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
- A well-established network in the property industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred but not essential.
