We’re offering full sponsorship for the ACA qualification (or equivalent), alongside a hands-on role where your development is front and centre.

This is more than just a graduate job. It’s a launchpad for future Chartered Accountants. You’ll work on real financial projects from day one, surrounded by a collaborative team and mentored by professionals who want to see you thrive.

  • Helping to analyse and interpret financial data, offering insights to support business decisions.
  • Working closely with experienced accountants and financial analysts on sector-specific finance projects.
  • Taking part in team mentoring schemes and contributing to the development of junior staff and interns.
  • Maintaining compliance with company policy, accounting standards, and financial regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a numerically strong discipline (minimum 2:2).
  • A keen interest in developing a professional career in accountancy or financial reporting.
  • Some familiarity with accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or PeopleSoft) is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team setting.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, contribute, and grow quickly in a structured environment.
  • Previous internships or work experience in a finance or accounting setting are a bonus but not required.
