Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Where Ltd on a three-day working basis, focusing on our What The Fork, Dutch Signs, and Meta Dram Brands. This role is essential for supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Based in Aberdour, Fife, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Phone, Email, and Social Media communications with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist with administrative duties including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising files.
  • Utilise Google Suite and other CRM systems for various administrative tasks and financial tracking.
  • Support the team with clerical tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Organise office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace for optimal productivity.
  • Where Ltd will reserve the right to vary your duties and responsibilities at any time and from time under the needs of the Company’s business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is essential.
  • /CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to adapt and thrive when under pressure to meet the company’s vision/standards.
