Responsibilities: –
- Providing compassionate and person-centred care to our clients
- Assisting with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, medication administration, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client’s condition or well-being
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety and infection control
- Collaborating with the wider care team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients
Requirements:
- A genuinely caring nature and a passion for making a positive impact
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
