FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an energetic and organized Admin Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in basic computer applications, including Excel and Google Sheets. This role involves interacting with clients and team members, managing queries across WhatsApp, email, and phone calls, and ensuring smooth front office operations and administrative support. Experienced candidates are preferred. Visa Sponsorship is available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

Front Office Operations:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally and courteously.
  • Manage incoming queries and inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Handle data entry and maintain records in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and appointments.

Sales Coordination:

  • Support sales activities by managing inquiries and updating databases.
  • Assist in following up with potential clients and managing leads.
  • Maintain sales documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Interpersonal Engagement:
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and professional demeanour.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of information and support.
  • Query Management:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
  • Maintain a log of interactions and ensure proper follow-up where necessary.
  • Address client concerns and forward complex issues to the appropriate department.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles (experienced candidates preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • An interactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to respond professionally to queries across WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional certifications in office management or sales-related fields will be a plus.
