FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
National Storage Partners is seeking a Virtual Assistant for Marketing and Administrative services. If you meet the requirements below, have an understanding of real estate, and think you would enjoy working with us, we are excited to meet you.

Overview

A) Marketing materials and document preparation: The applicant will be responsible for preparing various materials, including offering memoranda, feasibility studies, brochures, and broker opinion of value (BOV). The role requires proficiency in Microsoft applications, Canva, Buildout, and will involve learning user-friendly programs such as Radius Plus and ESRI Demographics.

B) Social Media Marketing/Management: The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with potential clients. This includes creating and curating engaging content, managing social media accounts LinkedIn and Facebook), and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. A strong understanding of various social media platforms and trends is ideal, as well as the ability to communicate our brand’s message effectively in a way that resonates with our target audience. Draft and send press releases.

C) Other Items as needed: From time to time the candidate will be asked to pull reports from user-friendly sources. Including, but not limited to: demographic reports from ESRI (Site to Do Business), rental rate reports from Radius Plus, and other sources. Coordination of meetings and preparation of marketing materials prior to trade shows required. Other tasks may also be required on an ‘as needed’ basis for specific projects or listings.

Duties

  • Create and design marketing materials (company brochures, property offering memoranda, flyers, and BOVs in Canva and Buildout.com, etc.).
  • Prepare feasibility studies and broker opinions of record (financial sections produced by the broker).
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Buildout.com for document preparation and design.
  • Learn and effectively use Radius Plus and ESRI Demographic tools.
  • Attend three to four self-storage trade shows annually, and host a trade booth or hospitality suite showing listings and collecting contact information. Preparation of marketing materials and flyers in advance of events and scheduling meetings as needed.
  • Participate in meetings and strategize marketing approaches.
  • Manage online marketing of real estate listings online, in CREXI, and via Website, and follow up as requested by broker with prospective buyers and brokers.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
  • A passion for self-storage and/or real estate is beneficial.
  • Travel (minimal)
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
