Sharing our passion, the successful candidate at Rev Up Brands will help shape positive interactions with all our customers. You will play a pivotal role in delivering our mission to Make Passion Possible for Dance Teachers and their students, thorough your enthusiasm, exceptional Customer Service skills, and ideally – love of Dance.
The successful applicant will receive on the job training to bring them up to speed with our way of working, and our products. You be an excellent communicator who is always happy to go the extra mile, as well as IT literate (Word and Outlook) with good administration skills to match. Using your strong relationship building skills you will provide exceptional customer service and will enjoy our fun and friendly office culture.

You will;
Provide exceptional customer service to all our customers over the telephone, e-mail and live chat;
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges promptly and accurately;
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives;
Keep accurate notes in customer accounts when necessary;
Handle adjustments and keep our customers informed, providing call backs when items are no longer in stock;
This role will be Part Time fixed hours working 24 hours per week.
