FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description: Insight Pest Solutions Canada is seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for transferring, reviewing, and updating data between our Sales CRM and Service CRM, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and efficiency. You will also help maintain customer records and create reports to share key data with other departments.
Responsibilities:
Transfer data from our Sales CRM to our Service CRM using an API.
Manually review data to identify and correct any issues or missing information.
Review reports to check for specific data inconsistencies or issues.
Create and generate reports to share key information with other departments.
Update customer information in the Sales CRM following their service interactions.
Help maintain and organize the customer database by performing updates and merging duplicate accounts.
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems or similar software is a plus.
Work Hours:There are two shifts available for this position:
Sunday-Thursday: 7:00 AM EST to 3:00 PM EST
Friday-Tuesday: 7:00 AM EST to 3:00 PM EST
