As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Contracts Executive to join our team in the US.

Overview:

The Contracts Executive will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with hotel partners, supporting the Contract Manager, and negotiating contracts to drive business performance. This is a fast-paced, exciting role that involves both administrative tasks and strategic business development, with a focus on key destinations in America.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Maintain existing relationships with partners and develop new business partnerships to expand the company’s network.
  • Supplier Enquiries: Assist the operations team with supplier-related inquiries and ensure seamless communication.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities for the company.
  • Representing Oceandusk: Attend family trips, and business trips to represent Oceandusk Group in the industry.
  • Contract Negotiation: Maximize performance by negotiating tactical and special offers with hotels under the guidance of the Contract Manager.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager, including updating databases and uploading special offers.
  • Business Development: Assist in identifying business development opportunities in new destinations, follow up on leads, and help grow the company’s presence.
  • Performance Optimization: Use phone interactions with hotels to improve performance, drive competitiveness, and optimize positioning in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in contract management, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with partners and suppliers.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business.
