Summary:

Agile Leadership Success is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to support our daily operations. This fully remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels at multitasking, has strong communication skills, and is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, scheduling, organizing documents, and tracking updates to forms. Additionally, they should have experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and be comfortable coordinating through Calendly.

Responsibilities:

Phone & Email Management: Answer and direct phone calls professionally, manage inboxes efficiently, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Email Communication: Create and maintain email templates for various business needs, ensuring clear and professional messaging.

Scheduling & Coordination: Manage scheduling through Calendly, coordinate meetings, and send reminders.

Document Organization: Maintain and organize digital files, ensuring easy access and proper documentation.

Form Updates & Tracking: Monitor and track updates to company forms and documentation, ensuring they remain current and accessible.

Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to customers to provide support, follow up on inquiries, and enhance engagement.

Marketing Support: Assist with email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact, ensuring professional and targeted communication.

Customer Experience Enhancement: Maintain a keen eye for improving customer interactions and ensuring smooth communication touchpoints.

General Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in an administrative, customer service, or support role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, collaboration systems (e.g., Slack, MS Teams), and other administrative tools.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proactive approach with a focus on customer experience and engagement.
