About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support Donna Swart

Loan Market is used to manage administrative tasks and improve workflow efficiency. This role is

ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability

to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

● Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedule appointments, and handle calendar

coordination.

● Client Onboarding & Document Collection: Assist in gathering necessary documents

and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

● Phone & Email Management: Handle incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and

maintain professional communication.

● Bank Forms & Documentation: Complete and organize bank-related forms and

paperwork as required.

● Process Optimization & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows

and implement automation tools where applicable.

● Customer Relations: Provide responsive and professional communication to enhance

client experience.

● Task Delegation & Organization: Maintain to-do lists, follow up on pending tasks, and

ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Skills

● Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.

● Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

● Familiarity with automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.

● Previous experience in banking or lending is a plus

● Flexibility to grow and take on new tasks and responsibilities (possibility to grow to full

time within 6 months)
