About Us:
We are a Virtual Assistant Agency with a talented remote team of 5 VAs, providing admin and social media support to small, ambitious, service-based business owners. Our mission is to empower businesses and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Position: Virtual Assistant
Responsibilities will vary for each client but may include:
- Manage client social media accounts across diverse industries.
- Plan and create engaging content, and design graphics using Canva.
- Basic bookkeeping duties
- Updating CRM and other software platforms
- Travel booking
- Email/Diary management
- Attend virtual meetings via Zoom or Teams for effective collaboration.
- Ensure efficient time management and high productivity.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, confident, warm, and personable.
- Adaptable and fast learner.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Problem solver with excellent time management skills.
Qualifications:
- GCSE English C or above.
- 3 years of administrative experience (required).
- Desirable Skills:
- Social media/marketing experience.
- Event management experience.
- PA experience.
