Join Our Remote Virtual Assistant Team, Social Media and Admin Expert Wanted

About Us:
We are a Virtual Assistant Agency with a talented remote team of 5 VAs, providing admin and social media support to small, ambitious, service-based business owners. Our mission is to empower businesses and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Position: Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities will vary for each client but may include:

  • Manage client social media accounts across diverse industries.
  • Plan and create engaging content, and design graphics using Canva.
  • Basic bookkeeping duties
  • Updating CRM and other software platforms
  • Travel booking
  • Email/Diary management
  • Attend virtual meetings via Zoom or Teams for effective collaboration.
  • Ensure efficient time management and high productivity.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, confident, warm, and personable.
  • Adaptable and fast learner.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • Problem solver with excellent time management skills.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE English C or above.
  • 3 years of administrative experience (required).
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Social media/marketing experience.
  • Event management experience.
  • PA experience.
