Mind The Method is growing! Established in 2017 as a Virtual Assisting and Business Systems Agency, based in Phoenix, AZ, our team and services have evolved and we’re ready to expand, bringing 3-5 highly qualified Assistants onto our 2024 Active Team roster.
A Method Assistant performs various high-level business management tasks & is so much more than a typical online, task-based, Virtual Assistant. Our team is responsible for proactively providing high-level support to their designated Clients through project management, vision, problem solving & creativity.
Method provides software access, Onboarding, Self-Paced Training, monthly and weekly support with Method team Management, a proven system to support Clients without the overwhelmed or having to figure it all out yourself, and the opportunity to set your own availability on the Active Roster to receive new Client offers.

While remote and well-structured, please note this is still WORK & is not a “cakewalk” work-from-home job with no responsibility. The Details
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Contractors are able to choose which Clients/how many they would like to take on at a time (there are limits). Clients are paired with the Assistant best fit for skill level, availability & need, or by request, not by seniority or order.
Our Clients can select a one-time project or ongoing retainer in working with our Assistants. You will know which you are working on in advance of accepting the Client.
Pay is via Direct Deposit or Venmo on the 5th of each month. Clients are required to prepay to reserve the Assistant for that month’s contracted services and give 30 days’ notice for
About You
For this dynamic role, experience in project management, business administration & problem-solving is a must. Being highly proficient (Advanced level) in tools like Zoom, Asana, Canva, FloDesk, ChatGPT, and other cloud-based apps & the full Google Suite is a must.
The right candidate for this role is someone who loves to strategize projects, handle administrative projects/tasks from start to finish, & deliver high-quality, timely results for their Clients. We are looking for heart-centered, resourceful, proactive & driven team members who love to help & will be relentless in creating solutions to help their Client’s lives & businesses thrive.
If you’re an administrative badass, who gets a thrill out of leading, solving problems, game planning, organizing & checking things off your list you’ll be a great fit and enjoy this work with our incredible Clients! This role is not suited for applicants without Business Admin, Real Estate or Project Management/Leadership backgrounds, and the confidence to proactively run your Client’s business or projects. We make moves and impacts that deeply require these skill sets.

If after Connect Call, you’re officially invited to join the Active Roster an Agreement and Onboarding link will be sent out to complete within 1 week
Your Onboarding/Orientation Session (hour) will be scheduled asap
Access will be given to our Client and Project Offer Board and Communications portals
You’ll be ready for your first Client offer and will be supported all along the way as you begin with your first Client
